Significant experience in the preparation, management and resolution of all types of complex commercial litigation and business matters, including contract negotiation and analysis, intellectual property and licensing issues, securities, environmental, leasing and real estate matters. Some of these cases involved trials lasting several months. I have litigated cases in many jurisdictions including Washington, Alaska, California, Oregon, Idaho, Alabama, Tennessee and Puerto Rico, as well as successfully arguing cases before the First and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. |
