Focus of Law Practice: Trial attorney in solo practice located in Port Orchard, Kitsap County, with an emphasis on plaintiff bodily injury claims. Receives appointments for defense work through the Washington State Transit Insurance Pool, representing Kitsap Transit and other public transit entities in Washington. Frequently chosen to mediate personal injury claims and was an inagural member of the Kitsap County Superior Court’s Mediation Panel. Frequently chosen to arbitrate MAR and UIM matters. He has served as a judge pro tempore in the local district and municipal courts for many years. Twice chosen by Washington Law and Politics magazine as a Super Lawyer.
