Practical experience in settlement of antitrust, securities, consumer cases with over $230 billion in recoveries.
Has been involved in mediations involving some of the country’s highest profile cases including the largest settlement in history (Tobacco), the largest antitrust settlement (VISA), and the largest securities settlement in the Western District (Boeing). My practice is national in scope and as a result I have been exposed to dozens of mediators from different cities, providing a great deal of knowledge.
