ADR Experience: Serves as mediator in approximately 75-100 cases a year, in both federal and state court, in employment or civil rights cases, involving EEO, contracts, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, noncompetes and employment-related torts such as defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional/negligent infliction of emotional distress or tortious interference with a contractual advantage. Serves on the arbitration panel of American Arbitration Association, hearing 8-10 cases per year. Serves as a hearing officer for the University of Washington Faculty Senate. Serves on the 39.1 Panel of the Western District of Washington.
