| ADR Experience: |
Since becoming a full-time mediator and arbitrator in February 1992, Judge Carroll has heard more than 1900 matters pending in Federal and State Courts. He most frequently hears cases in the areas of personal injury, marriage dissolution, business litigation, professional liability, wrongful termination and construction law. He has also heard matters in the areas of intellectual property, product liability, discrimination, and property and probate law. Also, he has served as a special master in several dozen complex cases.
During his tenure on the bench, Judge Carroll conducted several hundred-settlement conferences.
