Claire Cordon is an independent investigator, trainer and expert witness in employment discrimination cases. She has a unique perspective as a litigator for over 25 years and as a former senior trial attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency charged with enforcing the nation’s laws against discrimination. She has advised businesses regarding compliance with anti-discrimination issues and she has represented plaintiffs seeking to vindicate the rights guaranteed by these laws.

Claire understands the challenges employers and employees face in today’s work world. She has the experience, judgment and impartiality both sides seek when faced with a discrimination claim.
