Focus of Law Practice: Steven is a partner in the Seattle office of Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. He is a registered patent attorney with years of litigation experience, including experience litigating mechanical, electrical, biotechnology, chemical, and computer software patents. He also has significant experience litigating trademark and copyright cases. He has practiced before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and numerous United States District Courts. Before entering private practice, Steven worked as a design engineer for the Boeing Company. In addition, he has lectured at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle University School of Law and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
