2000-2010: Associate General Counsel, Microsoft Corporation, with responsibility to lead the global employment and labor in-house practice, including employment claims and government agency proceedings, investigations, human resource and benefit policy and planning, affirmative action compliance, and diversity initiatives.

1990-97, 1999-2000: Partner, Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, advising on all aspects of employment law and handling employment litigation.
