| ADR Experience: |
I have engaged in the mediation, negotiation, arbitration and trial of numerous securities, employment, commercial/business, real estate, antitrust and intellectual property disputes. Over the past ten years, I have been involved, as counsel, in one or two mediations each month. In the past few years, I have served as a mediator. I recently served as a single arbitrator presiding over a four day arbitration of construction and consumer protection claims. |
