Resolution (ADR) Training: Attended several seminars on mediation and settlement over the past 20 years and on occasion served on a seminar panel.  The most recent (2007) such seminars include The Art of Settlement (National Business Institute, 2.25 credits), To Tell the Truth? - Honesty and Ethics in Litigation Settlement Negotiation and Mediation (ABA, 1.5 credits), and Mediator and Lawyer Ethics: Exploring the Challenge of the Core Value of Self-Determination (ABA, 1.25 credits).
   
ADR Experience: I have engaged in the mediation, negotiation, arbitration and trial of numerous securities, employment, commercial/business, real estate, antitrust and intellectual property disputes.  Over the past ten years, I have been involved, as counsel, in one or two mediations each month.  In the past few years, I have served as a mediator.  I recently served as a single arbitrator presiding over a four day arbitration of construction and consumer protection claims.
