ADR Experience:

I have represented parties as counsel in numerous mediations and arbitrations over the past 32 years. I estimate that I have participated as counsel in over 100 mediations and arbitrations. Many of these mediations have involved maritime personal injuries, damage to cargo, insurance coverage disputes, property damage, various other maritime and transportation issues, and contract and commercial matters. I have participated in mediations in state and in federal court actions, including actions in Western Washington, Eastern Washington, and in Oregon. I also have been appointed and served as an arbitrator in King County Mandatory Arbitration.
