You need a PACER account to retrieve reports in the ECF system.

To access all report options:

• First, sign in with your ECF login and password.

• Next, click on "Reports" on the blue menu bar.

• When prompted, enter your PACER login and password.

• PACER charges a fee whenever you access a report.
