It is very important to be diligent in pursuing the case by:

• making the case ready for trial,

• completing discovery within the limits and according to procedures,

           (See also Local Civil Rule 30, Civil Rule 32, and Civil Rule 37. )

• responding to all motions,

• appearing for all hearings and conferences,

• obeying all orders of the court,

• notifying the court If you change your address or telephone number, and

• serving a copy of each pleading you file on the parties.

• Failure to do so is grounds for dismissal.
