In Firefox for Windows:

• From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data, and then check Cache. Click Clear Private Data Now.

In Firefox for Mac:

• From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.
• Make sure Cache is checked, and then click Clear Private Data Now.
