Filing Tips

• Sign the complaint and all documents you file with the court.

• Place the words "pro se" after your name. 

• Include your address and telephone number on all documents.

• Keep a copy for your records of the complaint and any documents filed with the court.

• No filings should be delivered directly to chambers unless so directed by the court.
