Signatures on Appearance Documents
In order for the Clerks Office to add an attorney to the docket, the attorney’s signature must appear on the pleading in accordance with FRCP Rule 11 and Local General Rule 2h. Signatures must comply with Section III L of the Electronic Filing Procedures.

Important Information on Internet Browsers and CM/ECF
- The current version of CM/ECF was tested with and works correctly with Firefox 3.5.x, and Internet Explorer 7 and 8. Firefox version 3.6.x also appears to function correctly with CM/ECF.

Use of other browsers, or other versions of Firefox or Internet Explorer, is NOT supported and may cause CM/ECF to operate or display incorrectly, potentially resulting in improper or incomplete transactions.
