• a personal computer with Windows
  or Mac;

• an Internet service provider;

• a web browser such as Internet Explorer or
  Firefox (for Mac or PC) NOTE:  CM/ECF has been tested and works correctly with Firefox 3.5, and Internet Explorer 7 and 8.

• PDF conversion software;

• a scanner that can make PDF files; AND

• Adobe Acrobat Reader.
