Why can't I file the complaint electronically?

Attorney Case Opening on ECF begins February 1, 2010!

Optional Phase: 

Beginning February 1st- February 28th, 2010:

Attorneys can e-file Complaints and Notices of Removals as well as file over the counter, via mail or email.

Mandatory Phase: 

Beginning March 1st,2010:

Attorneys must file Complaints and Notices of Removal electronically.
