Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card payment for fines, restitution, and other miscellaneous fees.
• Credit card payment for registered CM/ECF users who are paying fees
• Money orders
• Personal check. Please note that there is a $53 fee if checks are returned for insufficient funds. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize the Clerk's Office to either use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.

The Clerk's Office does not accept cash for payments of any kind.
