Welcome to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. This court serves the area west of the Cascade Mountains and from Oregon to the Canadian border. The district has courthouses in Seattle and Tacoma.

Announcements

  • Please be advised that the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system will be offline on Tuesday, November 24th from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  (11.18.09)

  • The United States Courthouses in Seattle, Tacoma and Vancouver will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 26th in observance of Thanksgiving.  The courthouses will be open and operating on normal business hours on Friday, November 27th.  (11.18.09)
