A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• May 1 to be considered at the May 22, 2024 meeting
• May 30 to be considered at the June 20, 2024 meeting
• June 26 to be considered at the July 17, 2024 meeting
• July 24 to be considered at the August 14, 2024 meeting
• August 28 to be considered at the September 18, 2024 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• April 26, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• May 24, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• June 21, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• July 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• August 16, 2024 at 1:00 pm

There are graduation ceremonies currently scheduled for April 26th at 1:00 pm. The hearing will be via Zoom videoconference and live-streamed in Courtroom 13106.
