Pine v. A Place For Mom, Inc.

A settlement has been reached in this lawsuit in which plaintiff Kevin Pine alleges on behalf of the Class (defined below) that defendant A Place For Mom, Inc. made certain calls in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The parties have asked the Court to approve the proposed class action settlement.
A hearing has been scheduled for October 1, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., before the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly in Courtroom 15206, on the 15th Floor of the United States Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street, Seattle, Washington. At the hearing, the Court will determine whether the proposed class action settlement should be approved.
If the final settlement approval hearing needs to be rescheduled or if it must be conducted remotely via telephone or videoconference, more information will be available on this webpage in advance of the hearing date.
