Focus of Practice

Representing plaintiffs and defendants, including insurance defense, in personal injury, commercial real property, and probate litigation. Law practice included numerous jury trials in most of the counties of Western Washington, bench trials, arbitrations, and numerous appeals in Washington appellate courts.

ADR Experience

Served as an arbitrator or mediator in more than 3,000 cases; Mediation and arbitration experience includes simple to complex tort claims, including malpractice claims, insurance coverage and bad faith, commercial H Have continued as full time mediator/arbitrator with WAMS, mediating 200-300 cases during the past 36 months. disputes, real property, including boundary line disputes, will contests, and employment disputes. Serves as a swing arbitrator in UM/UIM disputes.
