January 2007 to present, principal, Kriegman Law Office, PLLC, represent/counsel small & large corporations/businesses, entrepreneurs, bankruptcy trustees, & governmental/quasi-governmental agencies with respect to commercial litigation, insolvency proceedings(including appeals) & commercial transactions. Practice includes serving as fiduciary in bankruptcy/other insolvency proceedings (e.g., as Chapter 11 trustee and plan liquidating trustee or disbursing agent) and representation of individual debtors/sex abuse victims in Chapter 7/13 cases. Ct app'ted Special Master, Jordan v. NationStar (US District Cour E.D. WA (14-00175-TOR)[Class Action 11/2018-7/2019]. Member of private panel of bankruptcy trustees for US Bankr Court, W.D. of WA (1989-2010) handling 9,000 plus cases. Mediator with TT Glover Mediation Program (2012-present) & with Washington State Dept. of Commerce Fair Foreclosure Act mediation program (2015-2022). Feb 2006-Dec 2007, partner, Eisenhower & Carlson, PLLC (see, KLO for practice description).
