Represent small & large corporations/businesses, entrepreneurs, trustees & governmental & quasi-governmental agencies with respect to commercial litigation & insolvency proceedings(including appeals) as well as provide counsel & advice to client regarding commercial transactions. Practice includes serving as fiduciary in bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings. Member of private panel of bankruptcy trustees for US Bankr Court, W.D. of WA (1989-2010). Mediator with TT Glover Mediation Program (2012-present) and with Washington State Dept. of Commerce Fair Foreclosure Act mediation program (2015-2022).
