University Of Washington Tacoma (UWT) Instructor, 18 Hour Negotiation Skills Course as part of Contract Management Certification Program, Winter Qs 2018-20. DRC, co-taught 20 hour family mediation training, 11/2020 DRC, Co-Taught 16 Hours Collaborative Negotiations, 9/2019 Over the past 36 months I have worked as: A compensated mediator on employment and family law cases. A low bono arbitrator under the Thurston County Superior Court Mandatory Arbitration Rules (MAR) in about 15 cases. As a pro bono volunteer for Thurston County District Court, I have mediated more than a dozen dockets of small claims court cases in person and some on Zoom, and some settlement conferences for regular civil cases. A pro bono volunteered to handle family law settlement conferences for Thurston County Superior Court in the fall of 2020. A pro bono volunteer mediator through CD&R for Pierce County District Court online Small Claims Court cases and a settlement conference mediator for regular civil cases. Also through CD&R, I have been a pro bono settlement conference mediator in more than a half-dozen family law mediations. A pro bono Zoom mediator for Mason County District Court dockets.
