I was admitted to the Bar in 1978. I worked in Seattle for about 12 years, defending Maritime cases, U.S. Longshoure cases and civil cases. I moved my firm to Kitsap County in 1991 and continued to handle litigation, primarily for Insurers, but also for injured persons. I have significant appellate experience, including one case argued in the U.S. Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Washington, Supreme Court of Alaska, 9th Cir. Court of Appeals and Washington Court of Appeals. I also handle mediations and arbitrations. I have served on the Executive Board of the Litigation Section of the WSBA, served on three WSBA Committees and I served as a Bar Hearing Officer for 11 years.
