Partner in Kulshan Law Group since 2018. Former owner of Bundy Mediation and Legal Services from 2012 to 2018. Previously served for over 21 years as a Deputy in the Civil Division of the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, primarily as a Senior Deputy. About 17 years as a tort and civil rights lawyer defending and advising county officials, departments and employees. Clients included four King County Executives, three Sheriffs, King County Superior Court and District Courts, King County Jail, and most departments of King County. Prior to being a tort and civil rights attorney, practiced in land use, contracts and employment law. Handled numerous appeals in the Ninth Circuit, Washington Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
