ADR Experience

I currently serve as a pro bono mediator for the EEOC's Seattle office and conduct civil litigation mediation through Gautschi Mediation Services, LLC. In addition, I served as a mediation coach for the Professional Mediation Skills Training Program at the University of Washington School of Law in January 2016 and October 2016. I teach a section of the Negotiation course at the University of Washington School of Law, was a presenter at the September 13, 2016 9th Annual Nuts and Bolts of Negotiation Conference sponsored by the King County Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and will be a presenter at the 23rd Annual Northwest Dispute Resolution Conference in March 2017. In the capacity of an attorney for a party I have participated in numerous mediations. I taught an ADR course at the MBA level and several sections of the negotiations course at the MBA and undergraduate levels in the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
