I work for a litigation firm doing mostly insurance defense work handling personal injury claims. I also have a mediation and arbitration practice.
Legal Experience
I have been practicing for 22 years. I have been a trial attorney in litigation the entire time. The first 4 years I worked at the firm Phillips & Webster and then moved to the Reed McClure firm for two years. I opened the CNA staff counsel office in Seattle and worked there for ten years. I started Weber Mediation in 2014 and joined Cole Wathen Leid Hall in 2015 while continuing work as Weber Mediation.

ADR Training
I completed the 40-hour training at the Dispute Resolution Center of King County in June 2014. I have attended several CLEs focused on mediation over the past 8 years. 11/2/17 ethical considerations in Mediation (2.0); 11/2/17 Negotiating at Mediation (1.0); I have taught CLE for mediation basics for new litigators 6/8/18 and 6/20/18 (6 credits).
ADR Experience
I have served as an arbitrator for the mandatory arbitration program for about 15 years and served more than 80 times. I have been privately selected as a UIM arbitrator or panelist more than 25 times. I have had my own mediation practice through Weber Mediation for the past 7 years and served as a mediator more than 50 times. I am a trained arbitrator for the Ford Motors and Porsche Motors Class Action Settlements.
