Due to system maintenance, filers will be unable to make payments through the CM/ECF filing system for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from approximately 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM PT. Users needing to make filings that require payment (e.g., new cases, Notices of Appeal) should wait until this maintenance is complete if possible.

Users who must open a case during this timeframe due to an emergency should open their case but should contact the Court prior to filing their pleadings as described on the Emergency Filings page.

Note that this outage only applies to filings requiring payment. Other types of filings are not impacted.
