Please submit a quotation for the purchase and delivery of custom trauma kits, including additional supplies, training kits, and online training. Use your company’s standard quote sheet to provide a price quotation broken down according to the line items listed with any supporting documentation for the proposed prices.
A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, subject to funding availability.
The deadline for submissions is: Friday, July 6th, 2018, 4:00 PM PST.
The U.S. District Court of the Western District of WA (hereafter referred to as Agency) reserves the right to reject any late submissions.
