A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• November 26, 2025 to be considered at the December 17, 2025 meeting
• December 31, 2025 to be considered at the January 21, 2026 meeting
• January 28, 2026 to be considered at the February 18, 2026 meeting
• February 25, 2026 to be considered at the March 18, 2026 meeting
• March 25, 2026 to be considered at the April 15, 2026 meeting
• April 22, 2026 to be considered at the May 13, 2026 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• December 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• January 23, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• February 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• March 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• April 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm

There are no graduation ceremonies currently scheduled.
