Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington has established an alternative dispute resolution program that provides qualified neutrals to parties who wish to mediate or arbitrate a pending case. This program is detailed in Local Civil Rule 39.1 (PDF).
