Judge Coughenour's next available position begins in the Fall of 2025. Please direct your application to coughenourorders@wawd.uscourts.gov. The subject line should be "Fall 2025 Externship." The materials, in a single PDF, must include cover letter, resume, and writing sample (preferably not to exceed 10 pages). The positions are in person and unpaid. Academic credit is available.
