System maintenance has been completed and filers can now make payments through the CM/ECF filing system for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Filers should resume making filings requiring payment (and all other filings) directly in the CM/ECF filing system. There is no longer a Court-declared CM/ECF system outage and filing via email is no longer in effect.
