Due to system maintenance, filers are currently unable to make payments through the CM/ECF filing system for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. We anticipate that this outage may last through 3 PM PT on Sunday, September 20. Users needing to make filings that require payment (e.g., new cases, Notices of Appeal) should follow the instructions found on the Court's Filing Procedures when the Court Declares a CM/ECF System Outage/Unavailability page to make filings requiring payment during this time frame. Filers submitting emergency pleadings during this time frame must contact the Court as described on the Emergency Filings page after submitting their pleadings. An update will be sent once payment processing is restored. 

Note that this outage only applies to filings requiring payment. Other types of filings are not impacted and should still be made directly in CM/ECF.
