A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• June 24, 2026 to be considered at the July 15, 2026 meeting
• July 22, 2026 to be considered at the August 12, 2026 meeting
• September 2, 2026 to be considered at the September 23, 2026 meeting
• September 23, 2026 to be considered at the October 14, 2026 meeting
• October 28, 2026 to be considered at the November 18, 2026 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• June 18, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• July 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• August 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• September 25, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• October 16, 2026 at 1:00 pm

There are no graduation ceremonies currently scheduled.
