A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• August 28 to be considered at the September 17, 2024 meeting
• September 25 to be considered at the October 16, 2024 meeting
• October 23 to be considered at the November 13, 2024 meeting
• November 27 to be considered at December 18, 2024 meeting
• January 1, 2025 to be considered at January 22, 2025 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• September 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• October 18, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• November 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• December 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• January 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm

There are no graduation ceremonies currently scheduled.
