A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• September 24 to be considered at the October 15, 2025 meeting
• October 22 to be considered at the November 12, 2025 meeting
• November 26 to be considered at the December 17, 2025 meeting
• December 31 to be considered at the January 21, 2026 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• September 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• October 17, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• November 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• December 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• January 23, 2026 at 1:00 pm

There is a graduation ceremony currently scheduled for the September 19th DREAM hearing.
