A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• November 27 to be considered at December 18, 2024 meeting
• January 1, 2025 to be considered at January 22, 2025 meeting
• January 22 to be considered at the February 12, 2025 meeting
• February 26 to be considered at the March 19, 2025 meeting
• March 26 to be considered at the April 16, 2025 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• November 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• December 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm
• January 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• February 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• March 21, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• April 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm

There are currently graduation ceremonies scheduled for the December 20th hearing.
