A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• October 28, 2026 to be considered at the November 18, 2026 meeting
• November 25, 2026 to be considered at the December 16, 2026 meeting
• December 30, 2026 to be considered at the January 20, 2027 meeting
• January 27, 2027 to be considered at the February 17, 2027 meeting
• March 3, 2027 to be considered at the March 24, 2027 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• November 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• December 18, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• January 22, 2027 at 1:00 pm
• February 19, 2027 at 1:00 pm
• March 26, 2027 at 1:00 pm

There are no graduation ceremonies currently scheduled.
