Please see the attached Order of Appointment, appointing Joshua C. Lewis as District Court Executive/Clerk of Court, effective January 10, 2026.

Josh previously served the judiciary at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts as the Judicial Conference Secretariat Officer and Chief of the Judicial Services Office.  Before joining the Administrative Office, Josh was the Clerk of Court for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  He also served Western Pennsylvania as the Chief Deputy Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and a law clerk. Prior to his federal service, Josh practiced commercial law at large firms in New York and Pennsylvania and was the Executive Director of a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal aid to children in foster care.  He holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.
