Remote public audio access has been authorized for the Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Appeal from Preliminary Injunction hearing in Schilling, et al v. United States of America, et al. Case number 2:25-cv-00241-BHS.

The hearing begins at 1:30 p.m. PDT, on Thursday, September 4, 2025.  This hearing will be held remotely using ZoomGov.  It will not take place in a courtroom at the Tacoma courthouse.
