As of now, the Western District of Washington District Court CM/ECF system outage is resolved.  The system outage filing procedures are no longer in effect as of 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2025.  Electronic filings must be made directly in CM/ECF. Any filings received in the filing@wawd.uscourts.gov inbox after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28 will not be considered filed by the Court.
