The Fee Schedule for the Western District of Washington has been updated effective 12/1/2023.

Changes effective 12/1/2023:

• Civil filing fee increased to $405
• Appeal filing fee increased to $605
• Miscellaneous filing fee increased to $52
• Attorney admission and pro hac vice admission fee increased to $249
• Attorney duplicate certificate of admission or certificate of good standing increased to $21
• Search fee increased to $34
• Reproduction/Transmission of electronic record stored outside of CM/ECF increased to $33
• Certification fee increased to $12
• Exemplification fee increased to $24
• Apostille fee increased to $50
• Reproduction of audio recording increased to $34
• Archive electronic record retrieval fee increased to $11
• Retrieval of one box of records from FRC, NARA, or other storage location increased to $70
• Retrieval of each additional box increased to $43
• Misdemeanor appeal fee increased to $41
• Cuban Liberation Civil filing fee increased to $7,202
