The deadline for comments on the Local Criminal Rules remains 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

The Court invites you to review and comment on proposed amendments to the Local Civil Rules, Local Criminal Rules, ECF Filing Procedures and Model ESI Agreement, available on the Court's Local Rules page.  Comments may be sent via email to localrules@wawd.uscourts.gov.  Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
