A settlement has been reached in this lawsuit in which plaintiff Kevin G. Boyd alleges on behalf of the Class (defined below) that defendant Bank of America, N.A. failed to pay certain of its employees for all hours worked and failed to provide paid rest breaks. The parties have asked the Court to approve the proposed class action settlement. A hearing has been scheduled for Friday, April 2, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., before the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly. At the hearing, the Court will determine whether the proposed class action settlement should be approved.

The hearing will be conducted virtually via the ZoomGov platform. A link for the ZoomGov session, as well as the meeting identification (“ID”) number and passcode, will be provided via email to all counsel and to the Settlement Administrator. At least one attorney per side and the Settlement Administrator shall have active audio and video feeds during the ZoomGov session. The named parties and any class member may also participate in the ZoomGov session by obtaining the link and/or the meeting ID number and passcode from counsel or from the Settlement Administrator. The public, as well as class members who do not wish to address the Court, may listen to the proceedings (audio only) by dialing the following telephone number and entering the meeting ID number when prompted:

"all persons who are or have been employed in job codes SM009, SM171, SM172, SM603, SM604, SM605, SM610, SM611, SM612, and/or SM614 by Bank of America, N.A. and/or Bank of America Corporation in the State of Washington at any time from August 12, 2012, to July 8, 2020."
