A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• February 25, 2026 to be considered at the March 18, 2026 meeting
• March 25, 2026 to be considered at the April 15, 2026 meeting
• April 22, 2026 to be considered at the May 13, 2026 meeting
• May 26, 2026 to be considered at the Jun 16, 2026 meeting
• June 24, 2026 to be considered at the July 15, 2026 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• February 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• March 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• April 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• May 15, 2026 at 1:00 pm
• June 18, 2026 at 1:00 pm

There are graduation ceremonies scheduled for the February 20th hearing.
