For the past 20 years my practice has focused on litigating complex employment class actions. The issues in these class actions have involved ERISA, the FLSA, tax law, the United States Constitution, the Washington State Constitution, contracts, torts, statutory and regulatory interpretation, administrative procedures, and remedies.
