Focus of Practice

I represent mortgage lenders in litigation involving loan origination and servicing issues. I also represent title insurance companies, and their insureds, in a wide variety of real estate related cases.

Legal Experience

For over twenty years I have dealt with parties involved in litigation and conflict. I have represented a wide range of clients, from individuals never before involved in litigation, to financial institutions and insurance companies. My practice has primarily included litigation involving real estate, creditor/debtor, and commercial disputes.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1990, and my law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 1993, with honors.
