Focus of Practice

Full-time mediator/arbitrator with 25+ years of litigation experience and extensive dispute resolution training. I have substantive experience in: real property, credit reporting, commercial finance, consumer lending, insurance, consumer protection claims, professional liability, construction, commercial/business, and bankruptcy. As a litigation attorney, I represented Fortune 100 companies working with in house legal teams, as well as individuals never before involved in litigation. My clients included: national banks, insurance companies, policyholders, commercial and consumer lenders, small businesses, and individuals.
