Jessie has practiced law for 26 years and is licensed in both Washington and Oregon. He maintains his practice in the Seattle office of Williams, Kastner & Gibbs, PLLC. His mediation practice includes cases involving labor and employment disputes, discrimination, business and general litigation, and education law. He is rated AV Preeminent in Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
