More than 15 years of legal experience. Began career in employment litigation and workers' compensation defense at Reeve Shima, then Corr|Downs PLLC, handling complex employment disputes, business litigation, and trade secret cases. Joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP, rising to Partner, advising employers, businesses, and landlords on litigation, risk management, and pre-suit resolution. Served as CEO of a multi-site organization with 250+ employees, managing complex operational, personnel, and business matters. Founded Gillette Legal Services, PLLC in 2025, practicing mediation, commercial real estate, workplace investigations, and business advisory services.

Extensive experience with settlement negotiations and pre-suit dispute resolution as both plaintiff and defense counsel across 15+ years of litigation practice. Developed and administered a fully automated mediation scheduling and case management platform.
