THE SEATTLE AND TACOMA COURTHOUSES ARE CLOSED.

All hearings scheduled for March – September have been canceled due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 emergency and will be rescheduled. The Court is still formulating a plan to reschedule these matters. Once a final plan is in place, you will be notified.  Please make sure CVB (or your attorney, if you have one) has the best possible contact information for you.

HEARINGS:

Unless you pay the ticket, a hearing will automatically be set for you if you received a ticket on federal property.  You do not need to request one.
