Courtesy copies are temporarily not required during the COVID-19 emergency.

Judge Rothstein does not accept courtesy copies of pleadings. In matters requiring that an administrative record be filed with the Court, parties must provide a courtesy copy of the record to chambers on a compact disc. No physical copy of the record shall be filed. Parties shall contact chambers in Washington D.C. at 202-354-3330 before submitting the courtesy copy to secure the proper mailing address.

Judge Rothstein does not use noting dates for motions.  Instead, oppositions shall be filed no later than twenty-one (21) days after the filing of a motion.  Replies shall be filed no later than fourteen (14) days after an opposition is filed.  These deadlines apply to ALL motions.
