Judge Rothstein does not accept courtesy copies of pleadings. In matters requiring that an administrative record be filed with the Court, parties must provide a courtesy copy of the record to chambers in digital format. No physical copy of the record shall be filed. The parties are directed to contact the Courtroom Deputy for instructions on how to file an administrative record. See Section II.B. of the Chambers Standing Procedure Order.

Judge Rothstein does not use noting dates for motions.  Instead, oppositions shall be filed no later than twenty-one (21) days after the filing of a motion.  Replies shall be filed no later than fourteen (14) days after an opposition is filed.  These deadlines apply to ALL motions.
