THE NEXT GENERATION OF CM/ECF IS HERE

The United States District Court for the Western District of Washington upgraded its CM/ECF software to the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF on January 27, 2020.  Now that the court has upgraded, attorneys and pro se filers will only be able to access CM/ECF through the Central Sign-On functionality (via PACER) to electronically file documents.
